Redo OPCAB with Autologous Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cell Implantation Guided by Intraoperative Indocyanine Green Fluorescent-Dye Angiography (SPY System)

Objective
OPCAB with cell implantation was performed guided by Spy system.
Methods
SVG of the descending-aorta-inflow was anastomosed to one of the lateral branches. Cells were implanted the non-vascular area revealed by Spy.
Results
EF and myocardial blood flow were improved.
Conclusion
Spy revealed coronary artery condition for this procedure.
